Selling Out An Art Form. What?!?!

To me, a graffiti writer is somebody who puts all his effort in doing the thing he loves the most – that is why I don’t consider myself a true street artist. A true artist leaves the house every day before he finds a reason to stay inside and never doubts to paste the most bell-bounding throwies, tags, stencils, wheatpastes etc. Etc. At the most dangerous spots there are in the city. He doesn’t have to think ‘why?’ and he knows no fear, but it’s as important that the message he carries is as powerful as his attitude on spray-painting. An urban artist is the person who takes the priority in making art, not fortune and never tries to take the fame for a work of his repeatedly – he remembers that the fame of a person is a thing acquired if his works are good enough, so shouldn’t be anything to concentrate on directly. He never ‘goes to a restaurant just to take a shit’. His true priority is the art he spreads and the ideas he provokes. Nothing else matters. An artist is that person, who consistently has a new piece to tell about, no matter if you talk to him daily or hourly. He’s always in his own world, and again – nothing else matter – his thoughts are always on the same subject. His efforts are entirely based on making great art and that is his only priority.
But again – artist is still a person, who has to eat. People who paint walls and get paid for it are doing it, ‘cause that is the thing they do the best. It’s the only thing they really can. The same can be applied to the modern street artist – he makes art and often makes money out of it and there is nothing wrong about that. A buck or two out of a good canvas is completely awesome – the term ‘sell-out’ is a completely absurd phrase of both desperation and stupidity. The whole mess started just after Banksy spread his wings at the Sotheby’s and twisted everyones’ understanding of graffiti. The guy had made completely astonishing art for quite a while and finally his work had paid off. What is so wrong about that? In retrospection, this would be the same as walking to a sportsman and saying that he’s a sell-out, just because he isn’t entirely working for his own joy, not money. You see, graffiti was essentially the resistance of tagging, throwies, wildstyles etc.etc. Especially in the beginning, graffiti was something not understandable to a regular citizen and was pretty only in the eyes of the creators themselves. Then, one day, POW – this Bristol-based stencil artists pops out of nowhere and starts taking things over by doing shit no one had ever thought of. Suddenly the smearing on the wall was entirely understandable to everybody and had truly spoken of an important matter. And what is the only way to react, when you’ve been writing tags for years and years, not getting any money or real fame for it (Fame given by the society, not only the other writers), and suddenly seeing a guy who had the idea of provoking something important through a stencil, grabbing the big buck. I mean, isn’t screaming out ‘sell-out’ in most pure form of jealousy the only option you have right now?
There is no way of selling out a form of anything. It’s just not possible. A person who makes money out of art is not a sell-out. He’s just fucking ten times smarter than everybody else are.

The First Pilot Has Arrived + Minor Updates Attached To It

From a vague concept to a complete reality – that’s the trip my ‘Free Ad Space’ has travelled through in the last 24 hours. The first pilot of the Grand Cargoh Opening is here and it’s looking better than ever – the three dimensions have brought life into the digitally assembled words.

The ideological concept has remained untouched, being the same as it was when it was digitally presented to you. - “As the world’s biggest brands mark their existence in the world, by scrawling giant slogans upon 3 metre banners, the companies have succeeded with their devious plans. Every person, exposed and dragged into the colorful warfare, wanders the town not noticing the fact of him being a simple weapon in the hands of the urban maharajahs, leaving himself vulnerable for the subconscious attacks. We go into a shop and pick the stuff the slogans told us to, not noticing there’s a cheaper and as qualitative alternative every time. The urban landscape of b-advertising have got us in a state it just seems right to buy their stuff. We’re being bombarded from every space in the city and now – even from every space of your living room.” – indeed so – the Ad has finally stepped into, for now, my living room, but very, very soon is going to be available Worldwide to, as previously stated, everybody everywhere.
With the huge update of the pilot-products comes some of the minor updates of the ‘Invading Streets And Minds’ store. First of all, the packaging options I had previously mentioned somewhere here. The first sticker pack has been made in its’ very much ‘pilot’ stage, and has already been transferred to you via Twitter. As mentioned – the size is the only thing that’s really changing when we get to the real deal – the material (330 gr/m3 cardboard) and the layout is something we’ve already decided for.
As for the canvas sizes, the concept is still pretty vague. The proportion is definitely going to be 1:2 for almost every canvas we’re selling. One of the provided sizes is 30X60 cm and that is again something we definitely know. Probably we’re releasing two more optional canvas spaces for you guys – a pocket version of 10X20 (maybe 16X32) and a huge version of 40X80 (maybe 36X72). The official sizes shall be released when I finally get to the main seller, and see the whole production they are offering, myself.
And now the only major update of the blog, sorting out the start-out products, that you’re going to be able to buy right away after the store opens. After a rather long period of deciding, I’ve adjudicated that the only right thing to do, is to start with 5 distinctive canvas designs, releasing the other stuff later. The good new is, that this won’t last for long – within a weeks’ time we’re releasing a new product for you. This rather fast pace is going to be maintained as long as the shop’s running. The future products are – two sticker lines, a set of makeshift graffiti, t-shirts and many, many other eye and now even touch-candies for you to obtain.
Updates end here, stay tuned for even more pilot-pieces and real stencil designs, expected somewhat soon!

Priority Flip

I’ve been forgetting something for this whole time because of the ‘cargoh-selling-frienzy’. For the last few weeks everything I’ve been doing is constantly writing some business plans, tweeting like mad and sorting out some problems for the Cargoh store setup. And all this for what? My mind, blindfolded by the theoretical money, had produced a silly idea of me getting incredibly wealthy over my art in no time, thus evoking a very upsetting feature of my mind – greed. And I don’t care what Mistabishi says about the goods of Greed and the great features it gives to the world – in art greed is something completely unacceptable. Apparently, for last weeks I’ve put my complete priority over money and have completely forgotten of the actual process of graffiti. I had forgotten of the whole essence of street art – the fun your finished work can give to you. I have visited Twiends, googled for some advice on Twitter managing and done some pretty idiotic things just to fill my wallet with theoretical money. I’m here to make a confession and to make sure I never let this get to me again. Blogging, Tweeting and Flickring is completely acceptable, but only in one case – when your priorities are of the fun you might get from it and the ideas you share and the people who could use them to actually make their lives better. My agenda is not anymore to jeopardize street art by making money, but to maintain its’ original point. This being said, I’m not going to even think about raising my blog or twitter stats, so people would know me better. My only goal right now is to make great art. GCO is going to happen, but under completely different agendas.

Confession made,

Complete douche

i Need. iGive. iTake. The Triumphs/Fails Of The Modern World

I understand why these little gadgets of ours are so popular nowadays. I am too waiting to get my hands on a completely new HTC Desire phone and I just can’t wait. The feel of the new technology and the never-before felt options to share your life with everybody everywhere is simply amazing. A little while back, I read this short article of a Latvian journalist who visited a show in London which was all about Steve Jobs, his life and how he created the Fruit. The article was more of a trip review, so only the end was something that truly spoke to me. The journalist had listened to this showman impressionate Steve Jobs in a quite funny, yet dramatic way. It was pretty much the usual story of a rising star, until he got to the point of the actual manufacturing of ineeds. Apparently, a company called Foxconn is the main out-sourcer of the Apple company. The factory of this beast is located near a village in China, where hundreds of completely underpaid workers are doing the same action for days, months and years and never see home. Apparently – the village is so far away that they don’t have the time to visit their families, ‘cause they have to work, and this is not a lie, 10-16 hours a day. They sleep in packed bedrooms, where everyone has a bed so small that the mediocre American would never fit in it. And the most shocking part is that the company have actually tied some nets over the workers' heads - you see, every now and then somebody decides to try to get out of the routine and, taking an elevator to the top floor, jumps over the metallic cliff. The story goes on, uncovering the terrible tale of child labor, cruelty and greed, raising gasps, shrieks of shock and laughter of the showman's amazing ability of impersonation from the crowd. The most interesting part of the whole article is the finale'. “As we walked out in the street everybody pulled out their iPhones and scrolled through the updates of what had happened in the past 2 hours of their Internet absence. I too took out my iPad and started interacting with the flashing keyboard. I knew that this device could have been assembled by little, dirty children hands, but.... ....how can you resit the temptation?”
That made me think. You see, the modern kings of the urban world have done a great job at making us need something we most definitely don’t. The glamorousness of the iWorld has made us pretty dependent. But let’s retrospect this whole situation and see where it takes us at longer notice.
Somebody designs something completely awesome. The completely theoretical awesomeness is boosted by TV and Internet, thus creating the boom of cool-being. The cool-being spreads and affects everybody everywhere – we all wan’t these little thingies and we can’t resist but to open our wallets and buy them. That way, people like Steve Jobs and many others have invented a new thing we all depend on, but that is completely need-less. Thus they’ve created a fortune by generating a good idea, but never thinking of the future. Were will this madness bring us? What will happen when the last molecule of aluminium and steel will be mined and used for another apple device? What will happen when we are left alone with our dependencies, but with no daily dose to support our needs? What happens when a junkie can’t get his dose?

--Emotional Implosions--

The thread of thought goes on and on, but the main idea is pretty simple and so is the outcome. Material for the night.

InvadingSAM Changes. What Happened?!

I believe everybody who properly visits my blog, when I advise them to, has spotted some minor and some major differences from the original design that had spent almost a year as the template of InvadingSAM. These changes were crucial to maintain the modern look of the blog it hopefully has now.
Of course, If you’ve followed me on twitter, you probably know why I did this. Every little change of the blog was tweeted with a small review of the whys and hows...
First of all – The template change. From a self-powered [Bli:p] domino madness, I’ve gone to the most simple of the simplest color/font schemes there is. This is due to the fact that [Bli:p] is a minimalist, thus needs to minimalize everything there is. Funny how I didn’t suspect this bizarrity earlier.
Secondly – Headers and ‘share-ers’. The header of the blog had changed from a rather dull and ordinary typeface to a wild, but cheap-looking Persona Non Grata madness, when finally was changed to a minimalistic, one-colored, handwritten inscription. A lot better, I think. The share-ers of the blog are here to allow you to share me with the world and do it in the handiest way possible. Two in count, they all are here to spread your love to the world – the ShareThis app, which is located under ever blogpost allows you to share the blog you’ve just read with the world via largest of the share sites there are. The other one is located on right sidebar, just on the top, to redirect you to my personal facebook page.
Thirdly – The 330X82 sidebar images. These are the most interesting innovations of the InvadingSAM changes. Each of these is a small representation of a certain element or a website of [Bli:p]s’. ’We’re going visual’ is the only website redirection, as it represents my Flickr page. The other five are something completely new and, I believe, quite awesome. These are the new sub-directories – each one of the pictures can get you to the first post of a series of the blog. A little bit ‘bout all of them.
‘Great People Great Art’ is the series of me telling you about the great artists and communities of the Internet. For now, only the first one, featuring Stencil Revolution, Indigo, Pahnl and Jerm IX, awaits, but more volumes shall be released soon.
‘As It Says On The Tin’ or rather ‘Economical Creativity’ is the series of long-ago-mentioned creativity blogs. They are here to support new-born graffiti artists, by telling them about some of my personal ways of reaching great ideas every time.
‘Why? When? How?’ is all about things worth thinking about, but are not quite related to a finished stencil of mine. All of them are essentially based on an old or unfinished idea or even a song and should be understood like a expanded explanation of an interesting thought.
‘Updates, Designs, Insights’ or rather ‘Cargoh –Made For-’ is everything Cargoh.com related. All of my ideas of sellable items go here.
(FYI – clicking the image brings you to the first (sometimes only) blogpost of the series. Some of them have only one of them, so no underneath-text gadget is needed, but the ones that do contain more than one blog are supported with the gadget including all of the posts)
And last, but not least, ‘Desktop Backgrounds Available Here’ are the personal 10101 [Bli:p]s that everybody can obtain for personal use. All based on a stencil of mine, these buddies should keep your desktop looking ever-so-neat at all times.
As you can see, some of these have something below them. These are the topics that each of the series contains – as stated – it should be as handy as it possibly can. Of course, the regular ‘That’s all there is’ widget is still there for people that like classics, but it has been relocated and now has taken place below the blog post.
The remaining gadgets have been there ever since, and I believe, do not need any extra explanations with them.
I’ve been working hard on the re-designing of InvadingSAM and I hope I’ve succeeded – the overused, maximalism has transformed into a light minimalism and is totally the thing you’d want me to look like, right? Some comments, tweets or PMs would be definitely wanted for this blog to look even better.

Hope you like it!

Lobotomy, It's Got To Be! (W?W?H? #2)

Lobotomy, it’s gotta be, lobotomy
Lobotomy, lobotomy, the best thing you can have
You’ll never be depressed again you’ll never be sad
All your pain is cleansed, now let’s celebrate
I tell you how you’re gonna feel you’re gonna feel great
Lobotomy, lobotomy, you will have such fun
The pain starts when you start to think you’re so much better dumb
So all you freaks now in the world line up against the wall
This solution’s perfect, for one and all
Lobotomy, lobotomy, well it won’t hurt will this
And even if it does, you won’t remember it
All you freaks are perverts, perverts through and through
So let them disengage your brains, the best thing they can do
Lobotomy, lobotomy, for them you are a pest
Lobotomy, lobotomy, you know it’s for the best
When between the temples you feel nice and numb
That’s when, my little freaks, you can have such fun
Lobotomy, it’s gotta be, lobotomy, it’s gotta be
Lobotomy, lobotomy, you know you will feel fine
For when your brains don’t work no more you join the divine
No sense of irritation at what you think is unjust
No longer when they lock you up will you in anger thrust
Lobotomy, it’s gotta be, lobotomy, it’s gotta be
Lobotomy, it’s gotta be, lobotomy, it’s gotta be
Lobotomy, lobotomy, lobotomy, it’s gotta be
Lobotomy, it’s gotta be, lobotomy, it’s gotta be
Loboooooooooooooo-tomy
Then you’ll all be vegetables, you might smell a bit
But after your lobotomy you will not know it

Made by ‘The Tiger Lillies’, Year: 2009. Album – ‘The Freakshow’

I’m not a big fan of talking about the music I listen to – as to my beliefs, sharing something so intimate and quite personal makes it lose its’ essential point… The true feelings of an emotion of a person can always be truncated down to something understandable to large masses, but it’s never the same the person intentionally tried to tell.
Of course, there is always an exception of sharing music opinions and this would be the exact moment to do this. I’m talking about the moment when the lyrics present something really genius that is actually worth sharing and is not anymore an emotion a sound can rise - it has just become a review of a certain thought. And this song, in particular, is a great example.
The title of the song already rises something not quite usual to be found in the modern world – some may even ask ‘How does the surgery of “poking your brains with a big-ass needle” can even remotely relate to a thought worth thinking about?! ’. But as the first notes of the fast-paced tune uncover themselves, you start to notice an ironic glimpse of a valuable thought in the lyrics. The first notion of this appears right at the beginning of the masterpiece. The soloists rough voice postulates that ‘You’ll never be depressed again you’ll never be sad’. Obviously, this is quite shocking - the horrible operation, from start, is presented as something great, something that has to be done... After a few verses a direct continuation is sung – ‘So all you freaks now in the world line up against the wall / This solution’s perfect, for one and all’ Even more creepy. But that is still not a match to the end of the song, when a two-liner of the direct, naked idea reveals everything that has to be revealed - ‘Then you’ll all be vegetables, you might smell a bit / But after your lobotomy you will not know it’.
As to my understanding the thought’s quite clearly visible there, but that is still not the essence of this blog post. You see, a year back – long before I had even got to know about The Tiger Lillies – I made a stencil idea of the modern understanding of WISDOM. The piece consisted of five stencils which, when sprayed each on a staircase step in ascending order, would create something very, very in thought similar to the ‘Lobotmy’. The stencils went – Ignorance>(A higher step)>Smart-Being>Smarter-Being>Not Saying You Are>Ignorance… (Oooooops. Cargoh-maniac has spilled the beans again)
You see, that's why they call it the circle of life. It ends where it starts and there is no way, but to walk by the rounded line and go through every stage of it, probably not even raching the top (or the beggining). People of modern societies are actually working their arses off, when all they have to do is just do nothing. With complete stupidity comes complete ignorance, and with complete ignorance comes no need for any cool gadgets, no need for money, no need for any of the trashed objects of the modern maximalism. The truth is that being completely stupid is the only way to reach the ultimate blissfulness, not caring 'bout shit. Is the knowledge THAT valuable if the only thing you gain, while travelling through the ring, is the never-ending continuation of the action? Do you need to realize that you know NOTHING, because of the loop it's dragged you into?
I hope that leaves you with some kind of thoughts in your lobotmized little skull. Still, I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box, if we're talking about the pluses of stupidity. To reach the ultimate epiphany of the Praise of Folly, please contact Desiderius Erasmus Roterodamus.

Thank you for your patience,

Graffiti Hatred - Why? When? How?

The passing houses of once such pride and glory, now left alone to deprave the society in every possible way. The peace and the quiet of the evening leaves a great space for thoughts to fly around, leaving me digging up the causes of the first thing I can see. As a matter of fact, the only thing I was looking at, while waiting for the lights to finally turn green, was an ASM ‘throwie’ (Or maybe it was meant to be a tag... Whatever) smeared on the wall in quite a rush. Something clicked inside of me and I understood that this night will be spent writing a blog post of whys and whens of the ‘Say No To Graffiti’ thing that has expanded humongously in quite of a never-ending stage.
I don’t know much about other countries’ attitude on graffiti painting, but Latvian people sure do hate graffiti as a dreadful, evil way to spend your time. Graffiti writers, in the minds of most of the society, are assholes and would definitely end up with a few digits lost, if ever caught on scene by the many angry grannies there are. This kind of attitude has been with us for quite some time and has never changed. The stars of the Latvian graffiti scene are never seen by the eyes of the urban spectator, as everything he sees are the 99 out of 100 ‘tags’. The one piece he would like is simply drowned by the horrendous pieces of everything else. So Why, When and How is the question I’d like to ask myself and, hopefully, the answer is not too far to be found.
In my opinion, graffiti is a valuable art and should not be muffled by the hands of the ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ understanding of some jerks up there. It’s an urban standard and has everything to do with the growth, intelligence and the reflections of the urban society, so it simply can’t be banned. Of course, this still leaves space for a great deal of the sub-zero attitude of the society itself, who never knows about the goods the graffiti is subconsciously providing it (A stencil idea has already been made about this one, stay tuned). The simple why of the huge problem is quite simple – there simply are no real professionals here in Latvia. Okay, throwie artist, such as Saki, Kiwie, Faro, Sene, are quite good, but Latvia has never foreseen real wildstyles, really good wheatpastes or even professionally done stencils. We’re literally the retards of the Urban art cult. Okay, this could change, when the hype movement of ‘Graff’s cool’ reaches Latvia, but that would still leave the main problem the same, even if some people would like graffiti only because it makes them look cool. So, yes – the problem that lies within the hardly changeable problem is the lack of any professionals here.
Some may think that there is nothing to be changed, rather than simply bringing some great guys to paint here, which seems far too hard and expensive to do. Well, that would change the problem, but there are much more many things to be done, in order to change the attitude of the people out there. First, there should be opened a lot of new graffiti schools ‘round the town. People should get to know how to make real art from some high class professionals (Maybe from Europe – I believe a lot of people would be interested to do such a job), that way reducing the bad graffiti in the streets by a great deal. Secondly, some walls of the citys’ property should be given away for public street art use. Seems funny, but if a lot of walls would be made available, then nobody would paint on them. The wall would be bombed heavily for a week or two (See the Banksys’ genius work of ‘legal graff’), but, after a few licks of paint, would be left untouched by the ‘violent fiends’ of the urban world.
The problem once again seems really huge, but, when broken in small pieces, reveals a very, very simple point and an even easier solution to it. Case cracked some may say, but the truth is much different – the hypothetical observation of the fact has never ever changed anything.

4am Blogpost Experimentation Time

As the weird seagulls pass my window for the second time, as mister Cave gently weeps for for the second hour and as the clock turns to 4:20 am, I’m trying to write this little blog to tell you about something I have stored in my mind for quite some time now.
The funny fact is that the review for this stencil was written a good while ago, but the actual process of cutting and spraying has never occurred. There it was, sitting blissfully in its’ many sub folders, left unnoticed by the eye of [Bli:p]. Now it has finally seen daylight, (Or rather early morning light) but not in the way it was supposed to. The wonderful idea of ‘MirrorCanvas’ is here to present itself in a very near-by sell able form.
The whole base of the idea is a two-liner to be used as a classic [Bli:p] slogan, but the gods of somewhat have decided differently. The two-liner (An artwork is the only mirror worth having), after its’ reincarnation, quickly transformed into an installation of broken mirror pieces, then into a weird spray painted glass, when finally it became the thing worth selling under the name of art.
The whole installation consists of two completely separated items – a 30X40cm Canvas and a 30X40 Mirror. When installed on the wall, these two goodies together manage to deliver a message quite ironical, but worth thinking about. Of course, it wouldn’t be [Bli:p], if there wouldn’t be a graffitical inscription on both of them. (Not giving away this one, though, but if you consider yourself smart, the title should tell you everything) This wonderful piece, when bought, should be placed in a room of any type, at eye level and should (hopefully) raise some distinctive attention of every visitor of yours.
The only two things that really bother me are the shipping and the pricing. Due to its' extremely high vulnerabity to falls, the artwork shoulb be heavily packed, thus making it a package delivery, thus raising the price of the shipping. And well, pricing is heavily influenced by the cost of the materials, which might be just about 40 dollars, so the artwork's pricing tag might just be the highest of all the [Bli:p]-y elements of neat.
So much for the Cargoh opening updates. You know, it has been a good while since I last went out in the streets to do some sort of art, so I’m planning to do something very much [Bli:p]Street like in the following week. Some ideas are exclusive bricks, which have been painted over with the ‘Free Ad Space’ slogan, the ‘You And Me’ stencil and some more never-before-seen things... A friend of mine has finally acquired a flat in the city center and I’m very keen to get some 2am street action out, not having the nearest home-like point kilometres away.

The landscape in front of me shows a small line of red East-like horizon... I believe this calls for bed.

[Bli:p]-out.

Socializing. Liking. Admiring. Friend-ing. Trending. (Great People Great Art)

The time has finally come for me to release some Urban MUSTS of my taste, letting you know about some of the greatest people the Internet has ever for seen under the grand title of Urban art.
This great graffiti based site is the must, if you want to consider yourself a true stencil artist. Hundreds of street art gurus, thousands of users and a great directory of every kind of forum you could ever relate to this kind of art. From tags to throwies, from stencils to wheatpastes, from sculptures to books – everything you will ever need, including some of the greatest tutorials I’ve ever seen in my life, can be found here.
A UK based artist who not-so-long-ago made the [Bli:p] look like it’s looking now. This man advised me a lot on my style, thoughts and the whole concept, provoking me to get to the real deal of stencil art.
This person is working in a, I believe, very minimalistic kind of street art – he’s making simply beautiful stickers, canvases and more.... His little stickmans and doggies are ever-so-neat, leaving a deep point inside of them.
A Vancouver based artist, who dances, paints, photographs and sells her production to all ‘round the world. Seems great right now, but that’s not it... Her production on Cargoh has risen her to be one of the few promoted artists of the Cargoh store itself – Artists profile videos and the front-page promotion will definitely bring a great future to her.
If we talk about the art of indigo, there is little to be told... To be precise, the perfect description of the feelings the canvases rise is impossible to write. The perfection of the beautifully carved details and the emotions that have been purified and smitten with the wet paint are simply amazing and can’t be described by anyone anywhere.
This street artist, lyricist, poet, urban explorer and photographer can be mainly met in Vancouver, where he pastes excellent wheatpastes of poetry, interesting slogans of both charm and thought and a lot more. One of my favorite works of his whole art persona is the MASAT, where a group of people invaded the rollers of the urban advertising in Madrid and had them replaced with minimalistic slogans of thought. Another great item of perfection are the Abandonment Issues that can always be found in his wonderful blog.

These are the few people people I’d really like you to meet, as the works and the effort they’ve put in to become who they are is so incredible and the works they’ve made and shared in the process are even better.

Stay tuned for the next SLAFT post, expected within a few weeks time. Meanwhile, the redirection of this post can always be found on the front page of the InvadingSAM...

The Official Cargoh-maniac's here...

My To Do list has once again pushed its’ boundaries beyond the expected. A staggering number of 40 stands in the end of the page, disorienting me from the start of this whole mess. Actually opening the Cargoh store seems far, far away from now, as everything consists on planning and drawing the designs right now. It’s a slow process, but the stuff I’ve already made is totally worth it. I don’t say this a lot about my work, so take this seriously – completely everything that will become available for you to buy is going to be 100 percent great. The ideas for the products are some of the best I’ve ever made. Completely fresh idea and a completely fresh product coming your way very very soon.
The things that you’ll be able to buy, whenever the Cargoh store opens are –
The pre-released ‘Free Ad Space’ canvas, which you’ve already seen on my Flickr page. The concept is still pretty vague, but the few things I’m totally sure about are that the provided sizes shall be 200 by 400 millimetres and 300 by 600 millimetres and that the only two lines of text shall be written in a single line, thus making the canvas visually more attractive. More sizes may become available...
The never-before seen ‘Street Art For The Blind’ canvas. [Secrets are meant to entertain people... Be patient!]
The never-before seen poster entitled as ‘Cliche’ing equally’. [Two of those are always better than one!]
And two ‘Persona Non Grata’ sticker lines, presented in packs of 30 and 100. One of them has already been seen right here and in Flickr; the other one is just a simple variation of the theme. You’ll see it, when I get to the opening.
This might sound a little too less for a fully functioning minimalistic street-art shop. The thing is, there shall be a new design released every week or so, thus keeping the store active and the buyers [hopefully you and all your friends] interested. Word on the street is, there are the promised Tees, new canvas, posters and many sticker lines just waiting to be delivered as we’re speaking...
The pricing of these elements of [Bli:p] are going to be as low as possible. I know how irritating it is to see something you love on the Internet and then find out its’ 500 dollars a piece. This little [Bli:p] Internet shop shall be considered just like the art form its’ trying to be – it’s meant to be available for everyone everywhere.
I hope this little fast-info-from-the-top-of-my-head blog post shall still keep you interested in my whole alternate persona. There will be a more proper (longer) blog post after the Cargoh store opens – there are a lot of new ideas rattling around up there, but THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO!

Back to work, pals!
